Mission

We believe our ability to provide quality home help service hinges on the quality of people recruited to serve as caregivers. We understand it can be difficult to give a stranger access to your home or the home of a loved one, but we want to ensure you that Caregivers of the Carolinas only selects the most qualified and committed caregivers to assist our clients.

All our caregivers are thoroughly screened, including both state and national criminal background checks, along with DMV checks for those who will be transporting clients. Most have previous experience working in home help or residential senior care settings. In addition, all our employees are insured and bonded.

In addition to performing these checks, though, we believe a person must have exemplary character and a warm personality in order to truly serve the needs of the seniors in our community. We stress to caregivers the importance of creating a friendly, fun environment in a client's home and of being attentive to client needs.

Each of our caregivers has also been extensively trained in general senior care, along with special needs situations such as clients with Alzheimer's or Parkinson's disease.

Our goal is to provide you with a caregiver who is more than just a personal assistant or housekeeper. We strive to provide you with a caregiver who will become a trusted friend and advisor, too.
